The scheme creates 200 new homes in various forms and tenures. It is set around a "village green" open space as well as providing connectivity to existing cycle and pedestrian networks as well as a permeable layout as part of a wider context of housing supply.

Alongside the site lies the Wilts and Berks Canal that was fully integrated into the scheme which forms part of linear open spaces creating a circuitous widland promenade and trim trail. The architectural language has evolved from village estate vernaculars so as to develop both a distinctive sense of identity and a homogenous character.
