Botney Meadow

Bespoke Housing

Set in open countryside the scheme creates a principle barn with subservient wings that extend out into the landscape exploiting panoramic views and solar gains.

The initial scheme was strictly controlled by volume constraints and is in an AONB. However, following planning consent for the initial scheme, and by taking advantage of the relaxation in permitted development rights, the arms were introduced to extend the footprint to provide an extended range of family, work and guest accommodation.
