Redevelopment of a prominent corner site which currently houses the former Police Station and Library within the historic town of Berkhamsted to create 23 new, two and three-bedroom houses, apartments and a new library.

The scheme was designed to give the appearance that it has evolved over time by incorporating a number of differeing building styles whilst still retaining the vernacular of Berkhamsted.
